WEIGHT LOSS HELP

If you are trying to drop a few pounds, a new study suggests that drinking water before meals may help you lose more weight. Participants in the study were either in the water preloading group who drank 2 cups of water 30 minutes before eating or in a control group who were instructed to just "imagine" their stomachs being full. Both groups received advice on weight loss, diet and exercise. After three months, those who drank water before most meals lost an average of 5 lbs. and those who drank water before ALL three main meals each day lost an average of about 10 lbs. The control group lost an average of only 2 lbs.
